Even though I am really missing being in the classroom with my students, I am taking advantage of my time and using it to grow as a teacher. Today I am reading a great book while enjoying some much needed sunshine. #learnlikeapirate
We had a great couple of days unpacking edTPA and getting ready to start soon! Thanks, @DanaMungenast, for all of your hard work and expertise. @teacherstone
Over the past year, we have been pen pals with sweet 2nd graders from a local elementary school. It was such a treat to get to meet them this morning! I have loved seeing how much these two kids’ writing and spelling have improved through being their pal.

This was my favorite from writing in kindergarten today. During recess today, instead of wanting me to push him on the swing, he wanted to push me! So, he wrote about it and drew an awesome picture during writing!
I have loved seeing my sweet kindergarteners write in their journals everyday, but I loved today’s writing even more! It was my last day in their classroom, so they all wrote about me. I am going to miss these sweet kids!
One of my sweet kindergarteners was having fun making letters with the cubes this morning! Loved seeing him sound out my name and make letters to spell it!
