Hydration is essential: even if you aren't feeling thirsty! We recommend keeping a water bottle nearby at all times. If plain water isn't your favorite, adding slices of cucumber, lemon, or fresh berries can make it much more refreshing. High-water content foods like watermelon and oranges are also great summer snacks.

Staying cool indoors is just as important. Keeping blinds closed during the hottest part of the day and wearing lightweight, breathable clothing helps regulate body temperature.
