@RichardJMurphy Too true. I work in the CS. They have made up a nice motto for this "living within our means" where all these pay increase need funding within existing budgets. This is absolutely wrecking departments as it can only be afforded by cutting posts and services.

@kuuuushi @WalesOnline I am a working mother too and I am struggling to see what exactly would be the advantage. There is still a total of 11 weeks holidays regardless of how they are spread so it is still hard for a working parent to cover them all with leave.

@m2003esc I am sorry people feel that way. I am italian and never been a huge fan of sanremo as, as you say, always the same music wins. I can tell you though that I was blown away by Due vite in a way I wasn't expected,it is an absolutely stunning song and I can't get it out of my head.
