@truecrimegisela If he’s guilty, and I respect the Jury’s decision, there is a lot more to the crime than we know. I saw RA during the hearings and I seriously doubt he acted alone if at all.

“Due to a DVR program error discovered on 9-20-2017 all recordings up to February 20th, 2017, were recorded over. There is no detectible audio found on this drive.”

This is a BIG deal.

Mind boggling, and I believe this to be the tip of the iceberg regarding ineptitude on the part of the LEOs involved in this investgation.

Let me tell you how it works.

You record and then you place that recording in evidence (in the FBI it went to what we called the ELSUR) where all original electron evidence is safeguarded.

The ELSUR clerk made working copies which we safeguarded, listened to and disseminated per rules of Discovery.

There is absolutely 0 excuse for taping over interviews in a murder investigation- 0!

How the heck are Abby and Libby ever going to get justice?

There is nothing a murderer won't do to hide his crime, even bringing his dead daughter to work in a bag.

He has already accepted responsibility for mutilation of a body and evidence tampering, but proving exactly what he did shows what a monster he is.

Is anyone else SO VERY Ready for this Trial to End?

It's excruciating. No wonder #AdamMontgomery doesn't want to go.

He is taking delight in his power to sit in his jail cell and watch a movie instead of watching everyone look down at him.

If you think teachers have it easy, you’re in luck. America is currently short more than 300,000 teachers. Give it a try! 😏
