@druinok@JLunieski @LCPS_Math @Wipebook@WillardLCPS@pgliljedahl At my honors level we will also through in quadratics on these problems as well and have them evaluate whether the values they get for x make sense in context of the problem
@Dsrussosusan@druinok Fair point. I am a lefty as well. I just have turned my notebook sidesways when writing so that hasn’t crossed my mind. I had a student use a binder this year and struggled beginning of year but by end was so successful in geo. Just trying to extend it further as a goal for class
Geometry teachers and or teachers in general. Looking to do binder notebooks with my kids this year. Does anyone have a good setup they are willing to share? #mtbos#geometry#math
@druinok I want to work on their multiplication facts so those don’t make them stumble as they are trying to solve a quadratics embedded in geometry as the algebra is big focus
@druinok Considering swapping those two so we can do algebra review sooner but also see who may possibly be in the wrong location as we embed algebra into the geometry at the honors
@druinok Let few years we have started with conditional statements then starting defining geometry terms with conditional statements. Then moved into transformations to embed algebra review as well
@mathequalslove@MichaelisMath@druinok Do you find the students are still actively engaging with learning process with preprinted notes like this? I have done the INBs and the preprinted notes. And still trying to decide what is most beneficial for them

I am very excited to announce my commitment to play college basketball at Framingham State! I wanted to thank my friends, family, coaches and especially my teammates for always being there for me and helping me become the player I am today!! #fRamily@FSURamsWBB@MassMavericks
Today is a remote learning day. I wanted to balance remote learning with enjoying the snow day atmosphere. Asked students to make Geometry “SnowAngles” . Asked them to enjoy the weather and make snowangel and identify the angles in picture . #MTBoS
