I am 3 weeks in now without @ATT fulfilling a basic request to set up my internet connection. I have received yet again another automated text message of their inability to make "their" scheduled time today. I hope my internet will be set up before EOD today.

@ATT It has been a disappointing experience getting my internet set up. I have had 2 cancellations in 10 days after waiting the whole day for a technician to arrive. I have been without internet service for 10 days, i should have just gone with a more efficient provider.
