I love photography ๐ธ & books ๐
Loving my cozy space. Students also love helping to redecorate for different seasons. Itโs a great incentive for them. And the flexible seating gives them some autonomy over how they work and where. #environment
Forgot to post my fall setup. Winter holiday decor video coming to you on Monday. My students get so excited about decorating our space. And itโs a great incentive to complete work efficiently! This December we celebrate over 11 holidays around the world!

So happy to see this group at teachers convention every year. I had to give them a boost by talking about how much of an impact this game has on my students! #prefixes
One week ago, I had the pleasure of attending and presenting at #edcampnj
It was such a wonderful experience with my coworkers. Lots of valuable information and even utilized several of the games that I learned with my students this week.
@EdcampNJ did not disappoint! I had so much fun talking with my fellow campers about all the different ways to be a leader. Loved @Ms_Petti_Reads First 4 Minutes session too!!
#EDcampNJ is starting off strong with ELA Games to Go! I am challenging myself for use 2 strategies this coming week. Thank you Keith for presenting about these super engaging games!
News from the Rahway Elks: On Sunday, August 18, members of the Rahway Elks #1075 and Rahway Antlers #39 attended the annual East Central District Elks Camp Moore dinner. https://t.co/jvMgParacE
I am so excited to be a part of this incredible collaboration. If you have any questions or would like to donate, please let me know. Donations can be dropped off at the Rahway Elks by 8/27.
Wow! Summer school has been flying by! Students started writing their essay on patriotism for the Elks annual Americanism essay contest. Check out my swiftie example of an introductory paragraph.
This continues to be one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
As a first time delegate it is important to have a great buddy. I am so happy that mine was my middle school ELA teacher, Ms. Krivenko.
We also went to the Chinese Lantern Festival at Franklin Park tonight.
Today was incredible! First time on the Representative Assembly floor and it was mind boggling. We get stuff done in the National Education Association!
And some of the Philly Eagles even showed up to show their support to our union president, Becky Pringle!
