This week I have had some exciting visits in #Guildford constituency and beyond, I was very proud to attend the CIFAL launch event as well as the new Arterio train launch, as well as visiting drop ins, voting & working on a lot of casework.
This Remembrance Sunday, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice and dedication of the men and women who selflessly fought to protect our freedom.
Lest we forget.
This is a dark, dark day for people around the globe. The world’s largest economy and most powerful military will be led by a dangerous, destructive demagogue.
@RogersHistory Exactly. This is why I teach part time. The rest of the time, I'm a Borough councillor and that is no where near as exhausting as teaching!
@HoganNerd That's it. I remembered it was Richmond but not where. I remember walking along outside, hearing them rehearse. They were awesome! You have to see them again!!

72 Lib Dem MPs are ready to fight for this brighter future.
Today is #AdaLovelaceDay an international celebration of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).

Great to be out knocking on doors this morning in the area around Holy Trinity School (Castle ward). Lots of conversations with residents sharing views and concerns which I have noted and work to address.
As well as chatting we handed out our @GuildfordLibDem Residents Survey which you can complete online at https://t.co/UbL0N2YVNG

@cameronholtmyp@campbellclaret@RoryStewartUK@RestIsPolitics Compulsory voting is brilliant. Non-votes are counted. No compulsion to cast a valid vote, just show up! Combined with PR and you've got a much better system than currently exists in UK. I'm Australian, works just fine there.
