@daniiellax_@Target I’m sorry you had to experience that. I understand technology isn’t 100% and things happen however there’s no way cards should have been charged if the system was “down”. Seems more like a hacked situation.
@Target Is there a fix to immediately refund customers who placed an order and were charge but the order didn’t go through? We should not have to wait 3-5 days for the pending transaction to drop when this is on the fault of Target. We need our money to repurchase the items we needed.
@Target what’s going on with your app and website? I placed an order and was charged but I never got the email confirmation for the order and I get an error when trying to check my order on the app and online.
