@AerLingus This is the same generic response I’ve been getting for months. What reassurance can you offer that someone will actually contact me and resolve my case?
@AerLingus this is getting out of hand. I flew with your airline 2+ months ago on a 10 day trip to EU. My bag was lost for my entire trip. Still haven’t been reimbursed for basic necessities I was forced to buy. Submitted my receipts and bank info and radio silence from you. WTF.
@RichOC86@AerLingus This is common practice for this airline. I’m going on 73 days without hearing a peep from anyone about a reimbursement for my lost bag and basic necessities during my trip.
@GaliaArad@AerLingus@ManchesterAirp Good luck. This is the worst airline in the world. They ignore you, provide minimal updates and slim chance you’ll get reimbursed. Trust me, I’ve been waiting over 2 months to hear from someone about my lost bag and reimbursement.

@QuinnellDenise I feel your pain. I got my bag back after 10 days once I returned from my trip. How’s the reimbursement going for you? @AerLingus has ignored me for 2+ months. I don’t think I will ever get reimbursed at this point.
@khollis321@AerLingus You can pretty much say goodbye to your bag for the whole trip. Traveled to EU for 10 days. Didn’t have my bag the whole time and now this shit company won’t reimburse basic necessities after 2+ months.
@Laurabrinkman5@AerLingus Good luck getting this awful airline to reimburse you if you were forced to purchase clothes or other basic necessities. I’m still waiting after 70 days. Not sure how they are still in business with this kind of customer support. 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️

@We_Are_Startuff @AerLingus Same experience for me and everyone else dealing with lost bags. World global airline award goes to @AerLingus. @SpiritAirlines gets 5 stars compared with Aer Lingus.
