Fable’s combat could use some work.

Mechanically, it seems there, but enemies don’t react enough to attacks, giving the combat an awkward lack of impact. There are 6 months until launch, which is more than enough time to hopefully fix this.

Thoughts on Fable's combat so far:

-Melee combat looks grounded in a good unique way.
-Lack of blood or body damage is disappointing.

You can only infer so much by watching. Combat gameplay is something that needs to be played to fully understand the idiosyncrasies.
