The suspended head of HR has opened a CRIMINAL CASE implicating high ranking officials in Ekurhuleni. The docket includes key documents and supporting EVIDENCE. I think she may turn state witness.

The individuals implicated according to the docket are

2- Kagiso Lerutla
3- Opposition parties in Ekurhuleni
4- Individuals who stole from Grant In Aid
5- Senior officials at Ekurhuleni

IDAC is increasingly embattled following a series of damaging concessions at the Madlanga Commission.

Most notably, Adv Andrea Johnson acknowledged that she was wrong to state under oath that Brigadier Dineo Mokwele was unqualified for her 2024 appointment, withdrew her description of the appointment as “token”, and apologised to Mokwele.

The Section 27 reference also had many flaws.

It seems abuse of power was the order of the day at IDAC.
