This is a sad reality in a lot of people who always say they have Ulcer
They keep nurturing Ulcer..not knowing something as dangerous as a Cancer is in their stomach then present to the hospital late

Only a couple weeks into my grief journey. I process verbally, so here's a 🧵 of some of the things that have surprised me so far about how grief feels.
@Ufxdo That feeling is soo relatable. lost my purse a while back which literally held my entire existence (BRP, ATM’s)
The relief of being contacted 2 days later to come and collect it with everything intact. It’ll take me a while to forget it.
By the way, you and I need to see oo lol.
Every time I think or even feel like I’m doing good, I’m getting better at handling anxiety attacks then boom! I’m back to square one. Started getting the urges this evening when I had to go downstairs to the restaurant to eat, and afterwards walking back to my room. Cont’d
