From the very beginning, Oyin walked into that house with nothing but herself. No promises, no guarantees, just a young woman ready to live, laugh, love and experience the moment.

We watched her face nomination after nomination, hear people question her, misunderstand her and sometimes count her out. We watched her have difficult days, lose friendships, feel overwhelmed, make mistakes, find her smile again and still choose to keep going.

There were moments when the journey looked uncertain. Moments when we wondered if the next eviction would be the one that took our girl away.

But somehow, Oyin kept standing.

She gave us laughter when we needed it, vulnerability when she could have hidden, honesty even when it wasn’t convenient, and moments that will stay with us long after the cameras stop rolling.

From “small pepper” to a finalist, she became so much more than a housemate we supported. She became a story we lived with.
