When he came back to IPID in 2016, Paul O’Sullivan and Sarah Jane Trent approached him pursue General Phahlane who was the acting national commissioner.

We already know that McBride and Trent were semi-social and fully coital based on Ad hoc committee admissions and text messages.

Fast forward to 2024. As General Khumalo was about to arrest Big Five cartel members. Fadiel is activated to lodge complaints and Minister Mchunu alerts IDAC about the complaints and Andrea Johnson launches project diversion.

On the same day Molefe is arrested 6 December they go and demand the empty Adams Dockets.

UPDATE: Advocate Matthews Chakalson, says they first started asking MP Fadiel Adams to provide a statement in October last year and they kept on asking him over the following months.

Despite that, Adams failed to file it and only did it last night around 9pm.

He claims that he has a "problematic laptop" and only saw the email about four months ago.

Why are reports and findings being shelved if citizens are the ones paying and for the sake of "transparency". Commissions are for the Public not a (PTY) Ltd.

Every report should be accessible or else this should be challenged in court and public platforms. Angeke phela abantu badlale imigulukudu. Kufihlwani vele? Why so much secrecy? Yho.
