تعاملت الدفاعات الجوية الإماراتية مع 18 صاروخ باليستي و4 صواريخ جوالة و47 طائرة مسيرة.

تعاملت الدفاعات الجوية الإماراتية (3 ابريل 2026) مع 18 صاروخ باليستي، 4 صواريخ جوالة و47 طائرة مسيرة قادمة من إيران.

ومنذ بدء الاعتداءات الإيرانية السافرة تعاملت الدفاعات الجوية الإماراتية مع 475 صاروخاً باليستياً، و23صاروخ جوال، و 2085 طائرة مسيرة.

وأدت هذه الاعتداءات إلى استشهاد 2 من منتسبي القوات المسلحة خلال تأديتهما واجبهما الوطني، بالاضافة إلى استشهاد مدني من الجنسية المغربية متعاقد مع القوات المسلحة، ومقتل 9 مدنيين من الجنسية الباكستانية والنيبالية والبنغلادشية والفلسطينية والهندية، وإصابة 203 بإصابات تتراوح بين البسيطة والمتوسطة والبليغة من الجنسية الإماراتية، المصرية، السودانية، الإثيوبية، الفلبينية، الباكستانية، الإيرانية، الهندية، البنغلادشية، السريلانكية، الأذربيجانية، اليمنية، الأوغندية، الإرتيرية، اللبنانية، الأفغانية، البحرينية، جزر القمر، التركية، العراقية، النيبالية، النيجيرية، العمانية، الأردنية، الفلسطينية، الغانية، الأندونيسية، السويدية والتونسية.

وتؤكد وزارة الدفاع أنها على أهبة الاستعداد والجاهزية للتعامل مع أية تهديدات والتصدي بحزم لكل ما يستهدف زعزعة أمن الدولة، وبما يضمن صون سيادتها وأمنها واستقرارها ويحمي مصالحها ومقدراتها الوطنية.

UAE air defences engaged 18 Ballistic missiles and 4 Cruise Missles and 47 UAV's.

The UAE air defences on (3rd April 2026) engaged 18 Ballistic missiles, 4 cruise missiles and 47 UAV's launched from Iran.

Since the start of the blatant Iranian attacks, UAE air defences have engaged 475 ballistic missiles, 23 cruise missiles and 2085 UAVs.

The attacks resulted in the martyrdom of 2 members of the armed forces while performing their national duty, in addition to the martyrdom of a Moroccan civilian contracted by the Armed Forces, as well as 9 fatalities of Pakistani, Nepali, Bangladeshi, Palestinian and Indian nationalities.

A total of 203 people were also injured, with injuries ranging from minor to moderate and severe. The injured included nationals of the UAE, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, the Philippines, Pakistan, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Uganda, Eritrea, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Comoros, Türkiye, Iraq, Nepal, Nigeria, Oman, Jordan, Palestine, Ghana, Indonesia, Sweden and Tunisia.

The Ministry of Defence affirmed that it remains fully prepared and ready to deal with any threats and will firmly confront anything that aims to undermine the security of the country, in a manner that ensures the protection of its sovereignty, security and stability and safeguards its interests and national capabilities.

A critical analysis of the current geopolitical landscape reveals a significant strategic setback for the United States, driven by a combination of its own policy missteps, the duplicitous actions of a key ally, and the adept maneuvering of its adversaries.

Firstly, the US position has been critically weakened in its confrontation with Iran. The imposition of tariffs on European allies and the tacit support for figures like Pakistan's dictator General Asim Munir have fragmented the US coalition and undermined its credibility. In the strategic standoff with Iran, the outcome is already clear: without achieving an absolute victory or being forced to close the Strait of Hormuz, the United States has, by its own objectives, already lost.

A central factor in this US predicament is the role of the Pakistani military establishment. Islamabad is actively working to re-entangle the United States in the region. Its strategy is to generate revenue through the Coalition Support Fund while simultaneously undermining US interests by playing both sides. This duplicitous approach allows Pakistan to extract financial benefits from Washington even as it provides support to actors and groups that are hostile to American goals, effectively backstabbing its purported ally. This strategy has worked for Pakistani military establishment which rules the country repeatedly in the past.

In contrast, other major powers have navigated this landscape with greater success. China has played its hand with strategic patience and skill, expanding its influence without direct confrontation. Meanwhile, Russia has achieved a major diplomatic and economic victory by effectively getting all sanctions on its oil trade removed, further isolating the US and strengthening its own position.
