[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater PLEASE PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON THE WATER SUPPLY IN RANDPARK RIDGE EXT 23

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater Good morning, please advise updates?

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater Randpark Ridge Ext 23, No water. JW call centre no answer. Logged a call with CoJ: CSDFMC0828845. CoJ advised that there have been a few calls logged and there is no feedback from JW. Please advise. Thank you

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater Is this the same water issue that is impacting Randpark Rifge Ext 23?

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater Thank you. Looking forward to the feedback

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater @THEDEVCHEV Thank you for the update. This states that RPR is stable and supply is normal. However we have no water. Randpark Ridge Ext 23.

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV Randpark Ridge Ext 23: No water. Is this as a result of Honeydew or Eikenhof?

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV Thank you for your informative updates. Much appreciated

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV Good morning,

@DavidWard126

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV Hi still no collection of dirt…. Interesting that they collected on one part of our street and not the other…

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV There is a notice advising that Pikitup will resume normal collection from tomorrow. Our rubbish has not been collected for 2 Thursdays. This is just not right. Bins are smelling and overflowing.

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@CleanerJoburg @CityofJoburgZA @JackSekwaila @DadaMorero Collect our rubbish which has not been collected for 2 weeks

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV Hi
Thank you so much
Still no collection
Tiptol Road, Randpark Ridge Ext 23

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@THEDEVCHEV They were on RPR Ext 23 last night but did not Pikitup in our street. Hope they will over the weekend. The dirt and stench from the bins is getting bad

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@JHBWater The councillor posted that JW advised that water might take up to 7 days to restore…. What is the reason for that? This is ridiculous from a maintenance job to no water. Randpark Ridge

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@DavidWard126 Something always has to go wrong. Such incompetence

[Bernadette Colborne @Mu55y]

@DavidWard126 18 July, water pressure is low this morning. Is the maintenance completed?
