@Szabadsag1956 It's dumber than that. Germany had a very strong anti nuclear movement after Chornobyl. Schröders government started an at least somewhat planned nuclear phase out. Then Merkels government just reversed that without a plan. And then reversed that with even less of a plan in 2011.
