'Human Rights, Academic Freedom and Criticism of the Israeli State' - focusing on the monumental humanitarian catastrophe currently unfolding in Gaza.
Thanks so much to @MuSanctuary Alum Kinda Nassli for her uplifting and stirring input with Y3 students this morning.
Her narratives about the complexity of migrant/refugee identities has given us much food for thought about how to approach these issues in our primary classrooms
Please join us on campus next Monday the 11th December at 11am for a crucial roundtable discussion about human rights, academic freedom and criticism of the Israeli State. Donations to Medical Aid for Palestinians are greatly appreciated.
Kinda is a testament to the support of @MaynoothUni who help refugees into 3rd level education through Sanctuary Scholarships (like so many universities)
