Pashtuns are noble people, they are in the forefront of fighting terrorism. The idea that Pashtun Afghans solely based on their ethnicity should be deported from Switzerland is immoral, illegal and inhumane. The Swiss government must stop this racist proposal at its tracks. The only people who agree on mass deportation of Afghans is the Taliban for they fear the Afghans outside because those are the hope to change the Taliban tyranny. Ending the Taliban terrorism can only be done by Afghans in general but Pashtuns in particular. We will go back and we will free our country but for now torment our people no more. How is it possible for Switzerland @BR_Sprecher the host of numerous UN agencies to violate the principles set forth in the agency's charter that is host by this country?

Evidence from the past two decades indicates that a significant number of victims in the conflict against the Taliban have been Pashtun, particularly in the eastern, southeastern, and southwestern regions of Afghanistan. However, I refrain from presenting this information and its political implications to the Swiss government, as they appear to be largely uninformed on the matter. Instead, I am focusing on bringing the attention of the Swiss government—home to the second largest UN compound and numerous UN agency offices—to pertinent United Nations articles. How is it possible for a host of the world's foremost international organization to violate its most fundamental principles?

The United Nations’ International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD). Adopted by the UN General Assembly on December 21, 1965 specifically prohibits discrimination based on race, color, descent, or national or ethnic origin.

1. Article 1: Defines racial discrimination and states that it includes any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, color, descent, or national or ethnic origin, which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment, or exercise of human rights and fundamental freedoms.

2. Article 2: Requires states to pursue a policy of eliminating racial discrimination in all its forms and to promote understanding among all races.

3. Article 5: Outlines specific rights that must be guaranteed without racial discrimination, including the right to equality before the law, the right to security of person and property, and various social, economic, cultural, and political rights.

4. Article 6: Affirms the right to an effective remedy for acts of racial discrimination.

Countries that are party to the ICERD, which Swiss is a party to; are obligated to prohibit and eliminate racial discrimination and to enact necessary legislation to give effect to the provisions of the Convention.

سازمان حقوق بشری ایران “حال‌وش” گزارش داده‌است که نیروهای مرزی ایران بر مهاجران افغان که قصد ورود به ایران را داشتند، تیراندازی کرده‌ و ۲۶۰ تن را کشته شده‌است.

این اقدام نیروهای ایران واکنش‌های گسترده‌ای را در داخل و خارج داشته و اما تاکنون امارت اسلامی در این مورد اظهار نظری نکرده‌است.

سازمان حقوق بشری ایران " حال‌وش" گزارش داده است که نیروهای مرزی این کشور بر مهاجران افغان که قصد ورود به ایران را داشتند، تیراندازی کرده‌ و ۲۶۰ نفر را کشته شده‌اند.

حال‌وش این گزارش را به نقل از دو افغان ارایه کرده است که شاهد کشتار هموطنان‌شان در منطقه مرزی کلگان بوده‌اند.
این اقدام نیروهای مرزی ایران واکنش‌های گسترده‌ای را در داخل و خارج برانگیخته است.

تاکنون امارت اسلامی در این مورد اظهار نظری نکرده است.

مسوولان فدراسیون پرورش اندام و فتنس می‌گویند که محمد ایوب اعظمی در بخش پرورش اندام، بامداد امروز (شنبه) به صحنه رفت و در وزن مثبت صد کیلوگرام از حریفان خود از عراق، ازبیکستان و هند پیشی‌گرفت.

این رقابت‌ها در میان بیش از ۴۰ کشور در کوریای جنوبی برگزار شده است.
