Transitioning to university is a critical period for young people's development. It's a time of new responsibilities, friendships, and learning environments, all while their brains are still maturing. This phase can be overwhelming as it also coincides with the peak risk for mental disorders and addictions, which, if untreated, can lead to severe consequences.

To bridge the gap in mental health support, we've partnered with the @cuea_official through the office of Mr CUEA @teddy_rossiter to enhance mental health services for students at CUEA. Our initiative includes being mental health partners for their events, offering psychological first aid on the ground, participating in panel discussions, and providing students with subsidized therapy sessions.

We're committed to breaking the stigma around mental health and ensuring students have the resources they need to thrive. Together, we can support young people in reaching their full potential and building a foundation for lifelong well-being.
