🚨🗣️| Unai Emery reacts to the financial fraud accusations targeting Manchester City:
“Many clubs inflate their budget. It’s known to everyone. Because to build a squad, you have to deal with the restrictions related to financial fair play.
“You also have to balance the finances between departures and arrivals. Now, it’s up to the tribunals to sort it out.
“What affects me is that people are talking about a team that played exceptionally well with Pep Guardiola…”

UAE officials have warned the UK government that the severity of Man City’s punishment could undermine their appetite for future grand-scale commitments in Britain, according to people familiar with the matter
They consider the Premier League’s actions to have an influence on the bilateral state relationship, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing undisclosed information
The extraordinary pressure comes after Andy Burnham faced criticism, including from within government, for saying Man City’s Abu Dhabi owners should not be disqualified specifically because of the investment they bring to Britain

🚨| Emirati officials have warned the UK government that the severity of ruling on Man City could undermine their appetite for future grand-scale UK commitments, and consider the Premier League’s actions to have an influence on the bilateral state relationship.
UK government officials are equally frustrated by the conduct of UAE counterparts and believe some in the Gulf nation must have been aware of the extent of Man City’s wrongdoing, even while insisting there was nothing untoward.

Agreed 👍
Manchester City have sacrificed themselves for the good of the game.
Hopefully this forces the Premier League to change the spending rules and allow others outside the Red Cartel clubs, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool an opportunity to win the title.
It looks like the premier league is for the red cartels why do they speak like they're the one to give a judgement on city case . Why are they not go and form their league of their own rather than give negative opinions on @mancity.
Whatever the noise, whatever the headlines, we’re Manchester City.
The legal battle will take its course. Our job remains the same: back the team, back the badge and keep singing.
Together, whatever happens.
