Frank Kokori: Who told you? The Central Bank of Nigeria is an independent organisation. So, if Emefiele did not agree, he should have resigned and he should have become a hero. But, he was a wicked man. We don’t have any sympathy for him. He is from Delta, my State, but we don’t have any love for him. He almost killed everybody in Nigeria. The Supreme Court would give a ruling and Emefiele would say no, and now people are sympathising with him. He should be punished.

2- ​ After the Second Takbeer: Salat Al-Ibrahimiyya to the end.

Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin, kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed. Allaahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammadin wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin, kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedun Majeed​.

3- ​ After the Third Takbeer: Pray for the dead but according to how it was narrated by our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Blessings and Peace be upon him). Yaa Allah! forgive our living and our dead, those who are with us and those who are absent, our young and our old, our menfolk and our womenfolk. Any of your local language/ tribe

Yaa Allah, whomever you give life from among us give him life in Islam, and whomever you take away from us take him away in Faith. Yaa Allah, do not forbid us their reward and do not send us astray after them.

4- Lastly after the 4th Takbeer​: And you should pray for all Muslims.

5- And Finally end the prayer with one Salaam to the right (Just once).

May Allah (Sub-haanahu wata'aala) forgive our shortcomings and our dead ones.

May Allah grant us Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen🙏

In 2017: The FG announced intention to invest $5m in an effort to revive and rebrand the national carier.

July 2018: The FG, in a UK Air Show unveiled the logo and new name "Nigeria Air" for the new national carier.

September 2018: barely 2 months after unveiling, the FG announced suspension of the Nigeria Air project indefinitely. I can vividly remember that was my first time being angry with Buhari and Sirika because we rocked the internet 2 months ago telling haters "shey we told you" and now they suspended it without any justification whatsoever. It was later we came to realise that it was suspended so the govt can fully off-set the debt of the defunct Nigeria Airways staff which amounted to about N22.6billion incured since its liquidation in 2003.

October 2018: The FG announced commencement of payment N22.6b withheld benefits of the defunct Nigeria Airways. I posted the news on my media platforms and i got several testimonies from the families of the former staff that they were indeed been paid and thanks to Buhari. I now started to connect the dot to why the lunch was suspended. The FG did not discriminate in the payment. Ahmed, Emeka, Babagana, Chinyere, Wale, Tola everyone was paid.

September 2022: The FG announced Ethiopian Air as the prefered bidder of Nigeria Air alongside 3 Nigerian investors in MRS, NSIF and SAHCO. The Ethiopian Air holds 49% of the shares while Nigerian consortium share 46% leaving FG with only 5% shareholding. It was also announced then that the National Carier will kick off with Three (3) Boeing 737-800 aircrafts and only 1 is cleared and will arrive Nigeria 🇳🇬 soon before the remaining 2.

April 2023: A Federal High Court in Lagos restrained the DG of NCAA from issuing Air Transport Liscence (ATL) to the Nigeria Air, a case filed by some domestic airlines because Nigeria Air is patnering with a foreign airline not them i guess.

May 26: The first branded Nigeria Air aircraft arrives Abuja 🇳🇬 in style leaving children of anger in agony.

I narrated the journey so Nigerians can appreciate the effort of Buhari and Hadi Sirika in realizing this project despite the stumbling blocks. You can say its rented, painted or whatever but one can never deny the fact that after 20 years, Nigerian Colors 🇳🇬 are flying once again.

You can call them names but their determination was to leave a legacy of patriotism. Just like some people can go extra mile to discredit Nigeria with joy and pride, other people too can go extra mile to fly the national colors 🇳🇬 with joy and pride irrespective of how hard the journey is.
