A quiet Telegram group isn't just boring. It's a warning sign 👇
Team not engaging
Members don't trust the project
Questions going unanswered
A healthy community talks, asks and gets replies.
What's the first thing you check in a new group?

Loud vs loyal communities 👇
Loud = hype and price talk.
Loyal = people who stay when the price drops.
Build loyal: answer fast, be honest, recognise active members, update often.
Which does your favourite project have?
