Trying to change my car reg for 3 days. Online doesn’t work. Have spoken to 3 reps on phone, 3 on chat and 2 have phoned me (including a call-back that never happened) Made official complaint Tuesday and now waiting for another idiot to not help.

Cancelled our original room only on outskirts @£116 night and booked last minute deal central for £159 inc breakfast..
