Zlatan was great but we all knew it was a one season affair. Cunha, Mbuemo, Sesko excite us more about the future.
Definitely the best window post 2012 when we got RVP.
Sure Sesko hasn’t excelled yet… but he’s only 22…
But Cunha, Mbeumo and Lammens, mean that I think there’s a strong argument that summer 2025 was Man United’s best single transfer window since Sir Alex’s departure!
In my opinion it’s between that and summer 2016 of Pogba and Zlatan, but Mkhitaryan and Bailly didn’t work out.
Boro are only 3 points away from playoff spots, despite their owners not financially backing Carrick:
1. They lost all of their top scorers & assisters from last season, replacing them with cheap youth players.
2. For example, they replaced Akpom (29 goals last season, sold for 14 million) with Morgan Rogers (2 goals in his entire championship career, bought for $1 million).
3. They had a massive negative net spend last summer, despite Carrick taking them to 4th from relegation spots.
For Carrick to lose the core of his team & still be only 3 points from playoff spot show he is very capable coach.
That's a United Manager right there. Not just because we won or dominated.
But because Maino barely played for a year but still Carrick put him in & Dominated Pep's midfield.
Our best academy player in a decade, went from For Sale fringe player to our most important midfielder.
Absolutely. And to think Butt was one of the key people in United's leadership(running the academy) till just 4 years back & is still saying blatant lies to malign Licha, a passionate loyal servant of this club, that he spent 20+ years at, in some capacity.
Shameless behaviour.
This is special. Very special. We aren't going to see anyone do this to Pep's for a long long while.
Generational event, regardless of how United build on this going forward.
We have to move Dalot on. He has been here 8 years and still is very mistake-heavy & inconsistent.
Based on anecdotes, he is obviously a good character off field & most coaches like him.
But he is hitting peak age and still hasn't fulfilled his potential. We need a top RB now.
Yoro was flawless yesterday. Created 2 goals through his courageous runs, held the ball up well and set up Mount superbly.
He is a generational talent and at 53M, will be a steal just like Rio was at 30M in 2002.
🚨 It’s NOT an ACL injury for Lisandro Martinez, and Man Utd expect him back after the international break in March, per reports.
Vile and embarrassing seeing other fanbases celebrate his injury, but just shows what a quality player he is.
He'll be back stronger! 🇦🇷❤️
Our front 3 in the last 6 games since Garnacho moved to right wing.
• Rashford: 3 goals, 2 assists, 3 big chances created
• Højlund: 4 goals, 2 assists, 3 big chances created
• Garnacho: 2 goals, 1 assist, 7 big chances created
Much improved G/As, but notice how Garnacho has created more big chances?
Been so good on that right wing and unlucky not to get more assists yesterday, but good to see our front 3 finally starting to click together. 🏴🇦🇷🇩🇰🔥
Jose managed 7 clubs & won a trophy with every one of them except Spurs because they fired him one week before league cup final.
Imagine you are on a 17 year trophy drought, have the greatest Cup final manager ever but fire him just before a final.
Spurs deserve their drought.
@TenHagBall_ @GNev2 Jamie has been too arrogant & ribbing on Gary over the past 6-7 years as Klopp has been a safety net for him at Liverpool, while Gary had to endure our banter era.
Now that Klopp is gone & Pool enter their own banter era, Jamie is no long safe & Gary gonna cook him on live TV 😂
@UnitedStandMUFC@BelTel Reality: Rashford visits Ireland to show support to a small club where ex-United player & his friend Roshaun Williams now plays.
UK Media: Rashford goes clubbing in Belfast without letting the club know, he got ill because of it & missed training.
