I have found errors in several masā'il, despite it providing references from classical works.

Ask ulama. They take the accountability of the answer. AI is not mukallaf and will not shoulder your burden.

Darul Iftaa Chicago was requested a few months ago to write research papers for the Indian Fiqh Academy seminar. A few of our graduates wrote on several topics on behalf of the Darul Iftaa, including on AI and declaring someone an open sinner (fāsiq).
