@Airtel_Ug do your customer support team ever respond appropriately and meaningfully to dms?, don't get ever give customized specific answers to our queries or its the generic responses that sound AI generated that you train them to give? Is that even assistance?
This is what I was saying even in your dm, its the vague responses. Am I supposed to take that as customer support, does it get better? After that you will have the audacity to send me a dm asking me to provide feedback on your quality of service that you habe no plans to improve
