Issue: I was at pform 3 as per display at #Gorakhpur, w8ing for #22411, train was late for 1:30 hrs, after 45 mnts, pf changes to pf 8, then after 30mnts again to pf 3 then after 10 mnts pf no. got 4.
Is this the management?
