Subject: Urgent Complaint – Unreasonable Delay in AC Repair/Replacement

AOA, We purchased an Enviro AC approximately two years ago, and it is still under warranty. Around 2.5 months ago, the AC developed a fault and was submitted for repair.

We have already spent a considerable amount on transportation and related expenses, while also remaining without an AC throughout the summer season.
If the unit cannot be repaired immediately, we request that it be replaced without further delay.

We have repeatedly followed up and lodged multiple complaints, but no practical action has been taken.The non-availability of spare parts is a company issue and should not become a burden on the customer.

We were informed that the evaporator coil was defective and that the required spare part was unavailable.

It has now been over two and a half months, yet neither the repair has been completed nor has any replacement been provided.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:

اور سچ بولنے کو لازم کرلو اس لیے کہ سچ بھلائی اور نیکی کی طرف لے جاتا ہے اور نیکی جنت میں لے جاتی ہے، آدمی سچ بولتا ہے اور سچ بولنے ہی میں لگا رہتا ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ اللہ کے نزدیک سچا لکھ دیا جاتا ہے۔
