حکمرانی کرنے والے لوگوں کی ذہنیت بدلیں تب ہی کولیپسڈ سسٹم تبدیل ہو سکتا ہے۔ اس اشرافیہ کو دُنیا کا بہترین سسٹم دے دیں، کارکردگی ایسی ہی رہے گی۔
