I once saw a man whose children, all married and grown, made arrangements for their mother, his wife, to move in with one of them.

This man used to be wealthy, strict, and a complete no-nonsense person.

He was diabetic and hypertensive. It was his brother who eventually hired a caregiver to look after him. Before that, he was living alone, shitting and pissing himself.

The lesson is simple, marry a woman who loves you and is kind to you. And do everything you can to treat your wife and children with kindness and respect.
