I think they are right, sir.

You can have a perfect GPA, for example, I had a perfect 4.0/4.0 GPA in 300 level, second semester.

But my CGPA is not perfect, it’s 3.63/4.0.

I think the question should have been framed, “Do you have a perfect CGPA?”
