ولادیسلاو تورووچ کا نام سنا ہے؟

برصغیر کی تقسیم ہوئی تو رائل ایئرفورس سے انڈیا کو 338 طیارے ملے جبکہ پاکستان کو وعدوں کے برعکس صرف خستہ حال سے صرف 4 ڈکوٹا اور 16 ٹیمپسٹ طیارے ملے ۔
​اصل مسئلہ صرف طیارے نہیں، ان کو اڑانے اور سنبھالنے والے ہنر مند عملے کی بھی شدید کمی تھی۔ برطانوی افسران نہ صرف انتہائی مہنگے ثابت ہو رہے تھے بلکہ وہ من مرضی کے مالک تھے۔ ایسے میں لندن ہائی کمیشن کے ذریعے اشتہار دیا گیا اور پولینڈ کے دوسری جنگِ عظیم کے تجربہ کار پائلٹوں کو مدعو کیا گیا۔
جس پر ​تقریباً 45 پولش افسران و جوان پاکستان آئے۔ جن کا استقبال خود لیاقت علی خان نے کیا۔
ان غیر ملکی پائلٹوں نے مشکلات میں گھری رائل پاکستان ایئرفورس (جو 1956 میں پاکستان ایئرفورس بنی) کو سہارا دیا۔ زیادہ تر افسر اپنا تین سالہ معاہدہ پورا کر کے واپس چلے گئے لیکن ان میں سے ایک شخص ایسا تھا جس نے اس مٹی کو اپنا گھر بنا لیا۔ وہ تھے ولادیسلاو تورووچ (Władysław Turowicz)۔
​
​روس میں پیدا ہونے والے وارسا پولی ٹیکنک سے ایروناٹیکل انجینئرنگ کرنے والے تورووچ کا پرواز سے جنون کاشتہ تھا۔ کراچی آمد کے بعد انہوں نے محض تکنیکی خدمات سر انجام نہیں دیں بلکہ PAF میں ٹیکنیکل انسٹی ٹیوٹ اور کالج آف ایروناٹکس کی بنیاد رکھی۔
​1965 کی جنگ میں جب امریکہ نے سپیئر پارٹس کی سپلائی بند کر دی تو یہ تورووچ ہی تھے جنہوں نے مقامی پرزوں کو استعمال میں لا کر طیاروں کو فضا میں بلند رکھا۔
​ ونگ کمانڈر سے ایئر کموڈور کے عہدے پر پہنچنے کے باوجود وہ اتنے عاجز مزاج تھے کہ ہمیشہ جونیئر پائلٹوں کے ساتھ کینٹین میں بیٹھ کر کھانا کھاتے تھے۔
​1961 میں انہوں نے پاکستانی شہریت حاصل کی اور اپنے بچوں کی پرورش بھی یہیں کی۔

ان کا۔سفر صرف فضائیہ تک محدود نہیں رہا بلکہ ​PAF سے ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد وہ پاکستان کے خلائی تحقیقی ادارے سپارکو کے ایگزیکٹو ڈائریکٹر بنے۔
اور پھر ​نوبل انعام یافتہ ڈاکٹر عبدالسلام کے ساتھ مل کر انہوں نے صدر ایوب خان کو خلائی پروگرام کی اہمیت پر قائل کیا اور امریکہ کو راکٹ ٹیکنالوجی میں پاکستان کے ساتھ تعاون پر آمادہ کیا۔
​انہوں نے سونمیانی سیٹلائٹ لانچ سینٹر کو جدید بنایا بیلسٹک میزائل ڈیزائن کئے اور پاکستان کے ایٹمی پروگرام کی پیشرفت میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔ اگرچہ وہ 1990 میں پاکستان کا پہلا سیٹلائٹ لانچ ہوتے نہ دیکھ سکے، لیکن اس کی مضبوط بنیاد انہوں نے ہی رکھی تھی۔

​ان کا خاندانی سفر بھی کیریئر کی طرح منفرد رہا۔ ان کی اہلیہ زوفیا (Zofia) خود ایک بہترین گلائیڈر تھیں، جنہوں نے پاکستان کے نوجوانوں کو پرواز کی تربیت دی اور بعد میں کراچی امریکن سکول میں ریاضی اور کیمسٹری پڑھاتی رہیں۔ ان کی خدمات پر انہیں 'پرائیڈ آف پرفارمنس' اور 'ستارہِ امتیاز' سے نوازا گیا۔
​تورووچ کی پاکستان سے وفاداری کیسی تھی اس کا اندازہ 2016 میں 'ڈان' اخبار کے ایک تحقیقاتی مضمون میں افشا ہونے والی دستاویزات سے معلوم ہوا کہ کمیونسٹ پولینڈ کی خفیہ ایجنسی (SB) نے 1956 سے 1989 کے درمیان تورووچ کو جاسوسی کے لیے بھرتی کرنے کی بارہا کوششیں کیں۔ مگر پولش انٹیلی جنس کی فائلوں کا اختتام اس اعتراف پر ہوا:
​"تمام کوششیں بے سود ثابت ہوئیں، آپریشن بند کیا جاتا ہے۔"

​حکومتِ پاکستان نے انہیں ستارہِ پاکستان، تمغہِ پاکستان، ستارہِ خدمت، ستارہِ قائداعظم، اور ستارہِ امتیاز جیسے اعلیٰ ترین اعزازات سے نوازا۔ ۔
8 جنوری 1980 کو ایک سڑک حادثے میں بھی یہ عظیم سائنسدان اور سپوت ہم سے جدا نہیں ہوا بلکہ کراچی کی مٹی میں ہمیشہ کیلئے ہمارے ساتھ بس گیا ۔

آج بھی پی اے ایف میوزیم کراچی میں ان کی یادگاری تختی اور سپارکو کا 'ولادیسلاو تورووچ سپیس کمپلیکس' انہی کے فیلڈ کے پیدائشی پاکستانیوں سے زیادہ پاکستانی ہونے کی گواہی دیتے ہیں

ہم فلمی کرداروں اور وقتی شہرت رکھنے والوں کو تو یاد رکھتے ہیں، مگر وہ لوگ جو پاکستان کا پرچم دنیا بھر میں بلند کرتے رہے، خاموشی سے نظروں سے اوجھل ہو جاتے ہیں۔

Qatar Announces Launch of Lake Lucerne Summit, First High-Level Committee Meeting with Participation of US, Iran, Pakistan

The State of Qatar announces, in its capacity as a mediator, the launch of the Lake Lucerne Summit and the first meeting of a high-level committee bringing together representatives of the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the two mediating states, the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, hoping that the meetings would lead to a comprehensive and lasting agreement addressing all issues covered by the memorandum of understanding.

Adviser to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari, notes that specialized technical and expert working groups had been established to negotiate the provisions of a final agreement covering all aspects of the memorandum of understanding. He adds that follow-up groups had also been formed to oversee implementation of the memorandum and monitor progress toward the conclusion of a final agreement, reflecting the commitment of all parties to move forward with the negotiating process in good faith and to reach a comprehensive and sustainable agreement.

Dr. Al Ansari says Qatar, as one of the mediating states, would continue working with Pakistan and all relevant parties to foster a positive environment that would enable the negotiations to achieve their objectives. He adds that the effort stemmed from Qatar's firm belief that dialogue and diplomacy remain the most effective means of resolving conflicts and settling disputes.

Adviser to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also expresses Qatar's appreciation for the important role played by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan as a partner and mediator in the process, praising its close cooperation and efforts in support of the negotiations. He further expresses Qatar's appreciation for the commitment of the United States and Iran to diplomatic solutions, as well as for the support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Turkiye, the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, along with other friendly and sisterly countries, which helped create favorable conditions for advancing the process.

Those who thought Washington was at their beck and call are now hearing that the entire world has turned its back on them, and that their last remaining ally is rebuking them live on the air.

Then, an hour later, Trump stepped in to complete the scene. He told his people: “I may be the last Republican president. The issue is not the survival of the party, but the survival of our country.” This is not a political admission, but a testimony to the course of a war whose objectives have backfired on its instigators. Those who threw their full weight behind Netanyahu—who threatened and gambled on redrawing the maps of the Middle East—found themselves shouting from the heart of the White House that America itself is in danger. Instead of the equation remaining as Washington had intended, the outcome of the war imposed a completely different equation. The opening of the Strait of Hormuz became linked to the lifting of sanctions and the release of frozen Iranian funds. What was thought to be a leverage point became the price of escaping the quagmire. And this is the precise definition of “the spell turning against the sorcerer.”

And here the picture is complete: the “Epic Fury” and “Lion’s Roar” wars did not bring down Tehran; rather, they dragged Washington into its own quagmire and plunged Tel Aviv into a level of isolation it had never known before. Those who sought to redraw the region’s maps have seen their own internal maps reduced to ashes. The blind ally who threw himself into the battlefield with all his might and risked America’s reputation has begun to open his eyes to the scale of the disaster, trying to salvage what can be salvaged.

My God, how things have changed. Those who bet on an “eternal alliance” are discovering that it is merely a burden on an exhausted empire that now curses the day it was dragged along by the illusions of others.

This is how nations—along with their armies and prestige—collapse when they are dragged into an unjustified war to serve the ambitions of other states, and the consequences rebound on those who ignited it.

Praise be to God, praise be to God—the spell has backfired on the sorcerer twice: once in Washington, and once in Tel Aviv. But all of this happened by the grace of God and under the leadership of the wise nations in the region, and we would like to give special mention here to 🇸🇦🇵🇰🇹🇷🇶🇦 🇪🇬, which shifted the war’s objectives from redrawing the maps of the Middle East to uniting the countries of the Middle East—and even strengthening their partnerships with the countries of the East. These leaders warned against the outbreak of this war, cautioned that jeopardizing the security and very existence of nations was a red line, and called for prioritizing dialogue before firing the first shot.

As a result, this wisdom gave rise to a comprehensive school of Arab, Turkish, and Pakistani political foresight, leading to a shift in the policies of every country in the region from a unilateral approach to a collective one. This ultimately resulted in the formation of a solid core for an independent bloc (the Middle East Axis) led by 🇸🇦 🇹🇷🇵🇰 🇪🇬 🇶🇦....
