Why is an okechukwu writing an article on aso ebi???
Is Yoruba censored word??
This ibo writer wrote over 5 pages of article on aso ebi without mentioning the Yoruba people!! Why isn’t he giving Yorubas the credit as the pioneer ?!
Wtf is this??
He also limited aso ebi to just Lagos! Aso ebi is a cloth worn by Yoruba people across west Africa not just lagosians !! Can ibos just leave Yoruba culture alone?? Stop distorting Yoruba histories!
Rosullulahi P.B.U.H said don't Abuse there god's so that they won't abuse yours, don't Abuse there prophet so that they won't Abuse yours. Don't Abuse there Religion, culture, way if life. So that they won't Abuse yours. Be careful and be mindful. Don't set up Islam for dragging
In Lagos Post June 12, 14 died at Idi Araba; 4 in Oshodi; 3 in Oworonshoki; 2 in Ojodu; 10 in Mushin; 10 in Abertoir, Oko Oba; Instead total, over 40 Yoruba youths laid down their lives for Yoruba Presidency in Lagos alone!
What did Igbos do? 'Oso- Abiola' which means the cowardly exodus of their people from Lagos. They suddenly remembered that Lagos was not a No Man's Land. @PeterObi & his people ran away like Ojukwu did in 1970 while @officialABAT & other Yorubas faced armored tanks & machine guns.
We will never forget!
It shows Northern Leaders are Comfortable with the killings of there people. Bcos They should have created a system that will secured there people before now. But seeing others doing it and still complaining is another problem
If someone like this had moved around different forests in the north, trust me we wouldn’t have as many terrorists and bandits as we currently have in Nigeria.
This isn’t far-fetched at all. The fact that these people are so loud with their ideology and comfortable enough to flaunt it in our faces, while our leaders stay silent, tells me they’re getting a nod from some powerful figures in lagos politics.
This kind of audacity doesn’t…
He makes Yoruba proud not Nigeria, yesterday @SahoriGamez said There Yorubas in Mexico a lot of people were doubting him, at least Everybody can see the Evidence by themselves. Yoruba To The World.
Julian Omowale Quinones with great grandparents from Iyin Ekiti in Ekite State scored the first opening goal for Mexico today against the South Africans today.
Julian said his grandfather appeared to him in a dream that one day he will make Nigeria proud 🥹
That day is today
Being a Nigeria doesn't make gele yours. You have to be a Yoruba woman to be able to claim it and call out cultural appropriation.
Besides the lady in question is a Yoruba woman, wearing gele to a party shouldn't be a business of yours, since you are not Yoruba lady.
JUST IN 🇳🇬🏛️: Constitutional Amendment Proposes Reserved Women Seats Across Nigeria’s Legislature via Electoral College System
A proposed constitutional amendment seeks to increase women’s representation in Nigeria’s lawmaking bodies by introducing special seats filled through an Electoral College system.
Under the plan, the Senate would retain its current structure of three senators per state and one for the FCT, but gain 12 additional seats reserved for women, with two from each of the six geopolitical zones. The House of Representatives would keep its 360 constituency seats while adding 37 women seats, one per state and the FCT. State Houses of Assembly would also gain three additional women seats per state, one from each senatorial district.
All new positions would be filled indirectly through an Electoral College made up of lawmakers and local government representatives, with INEC supervising the process. The amendment also proposes a 16 year review clause to assess its impact on representation and governance.
…🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️ This is pure ignorance or outright illiteracy.
Did the Supreme Court order INEC to start carving out fake “communities” from other people’s ancestral lands?
Did the Supreme Court tell INEC to hijack the functions of the National Population Commission?
Did the Supreme Court direct INEC to create fake wards inside forests, rivers, the high sea, and in LGAs like udu, uvwie, burutu, bomadi or states like Ondo and Edo that are nowhere near Warri?
Did the Supreme Court instruct INEC to allocate wards to people whom another Supreme Court judgment explicitly barred from claiming land in Warri South?
Did the Supreme Court say INEC should abandon its own voters’ register when determining the actual population of polling units and wards?
Did the Supreme Court mandate that the Ijaws — who have clear personal and territorial interests — should be the ones spearheading the delineation exercise?
We are not rejecting the Supreme Court judgment. We are rejecting the blatant fraud INEC is trying to smuggle in as “proposals.” A fraud deliberately designed to hand over our political rights in our own ancestral Itsekiri lands to Urhobos and Ijaws.
And while we’re on the subject of Supreme Court judgments: why have the Ijaws and Urhobos refused to obey the earlier rulings that declared them tenants on Itsekiri land?
Selective obedience to court judgments is not how this works. You don’t get to cherry-pick the ones that favour you and ignore the ones that expose you as settlers. The fraud must be rejected. Our lands, our rights. Period.
See what Ibos are doing in Lagos. When has APC ever done Yorùbá APC Lagos meeting despite Lagos being our land?
They are trying to have a Lagos NDC Ibo meeting.
Not like we don't know how to deal with these idiiots. We can literally go there and beat these MF up.
But guess what? Our Yorùbá leaders will start hunting us down...
Yet, they will ask why a Lagosian is losing a presidential election in Lagos.
These are the issues!
Good morning to everyone that deserves it...
Nigeria's current interest rate is 26.50%.
Some banks charge about 30%, meaning for every ₦100k borrowed, you're expected to repay ₦130k per annum.
But @OPay_NG seems not to follow this.
Dear Opay, why are you charging ₦204k on a ₦470k loan? That's almost 50%. Why?
@MasterBolaji There Influx to Yoruba land must be Reduce. See how there Leaders are Using there life to play Ludo. There Brainwashed Children will be dragging Yoruba land with us by Claiming they develop Lagos. Very Anyhow people.
What if I tell you this was a case of Okpas dragging fellow Okpa and one of them decided to turn around and face innocent Okitipupa people 😂
What an Ojukwu
