@JioCare I upgraded my plan by adding a set-top box and completed the payment a week ago. Till now, no engineer has visited for installation. Every time I call customer care, I’m told “engineer assigned” or “will be resolved today

I upgraded my plan by adding a set-top box and completed the payment a week ago. Till now, no engineer has visited for installation. When I call care, told engineer assigned resolve today. Taken the payment but failed to deliver service a clear case of VIOLATION.
