Thankfully, I had reduced the volume of my transaction from 50k to 10k. The woman in front of me was not as lucky as she was debited 100k, and payment still declined.
Seamless operations will only encourage better patronage. I hope you guys fix this.

@Kadunaelectric Sabotage or deliberate revenue leakage? While I commend your customer service, I wonder why all the POS and transfers at the payments points at your KD Hq aren't working. Twice I have been directed to a POS centre in front of your office to go collect cash.

Today , I approached the payment point because of an error https://t.co/4gLsWOhLhR was showing me on their payment platform. As usual, I was directed to go bring cash, but I insisted and tried the POS. As predicted, I was debited, but the @fidelitybankplc POS showed declined.

1. You sell some now and buy new items at the new rate or less. Find a new average and sell off ON TIME.

2. Don't sell and watch your competition bring same items for less
