@Motawif_SA Complete mess. No one has any idea in Madina. Can't use eatmarna to go riaz ul jannah Motawif can't arrange any group to take us to riaz ul jannah.
No tour has been arranged for other zyarat.Very less people speak English or understand. Every time answer is I don't know.

We are leaving here for Mecca Insha Allah on 4th, we need to know the time. Why do we need to register for it,is part of our package. It seems you want us to fight over bus spaces.

٢- المنصة فشلت فشل ذريع
٣- الحزم المقدمة لا تراعي اي احتياجات الحجاج
٤- غلاء فاحش بين ٤٠ و١٠٠ الف رس
٥- لا أحد يجيب على الهاتف وحتى إن فالصوت رديء جدا يجبر المتصل على قطع الاتصال
٦- لا استحابة على الرسائل الالكترونية

@Motawif_SA Once we arrived at the hotel, we found we would have to share a hotel room (two non-mahram male with non-mahram women ). Can you imagine that we are here to perform hajj and what we are facing? There was no MOTWAIF staff in the hotel though they promised to support us 24/7
