The small hooman took me to vet for my quality of life visit. My acromegaly is causing a belly full of fluid. We agreed I’m suffering so “it is time”. Today is my last day so they are letting me hunt chipmunks. They are sad. They say I am the best boy. I know. #CatsOfTwitter

Turns out I have acromegaly causing insulin resistance. Pokes have stopped since blood sugar will always be high. Treatment is $10,000 with no guarantee. My hoomans will just let me enjoy life. No MRI, radiation, hospital. Just insulin. And lots of chicken. #CatsofTwittter
