Why only Truth Commission (TC)? What is truth without promise of reconciliation? What about a truth and reconciliation commission (TRC) for 26 Nov killings at D chowk? The only motive behind this TC is to lure people to vote for PPP in reasonable nos and in return PPP gets reigns of power in AJK. Whatever the election turn out no party will get a complete hold on power. The resolution deliberately omits promise of reconciliation in return for complete truth.
