As #BlackHistoryMonth comes to an end, we hear from our Chancellor, Professor @SirGeoffPalmer, on how it plays an important role in inspiring positive change for generations to come.

@GaryDickenson A few years ago, I wouldn't have known how much of a flex this was. Now, I fully understand the price of timber. I'm more envious of this than if you'd shown a video of a Ferrari!
@MarkNJohnson The most misused phrase there is. It really means that if you make liver flavoured chewing gum and over a few months you try and push it, and nobody buys it, you shouldn't try a TV campaign to convince people. The customer has already told you it won't work. Their always right.
@ABeerForMatt I've conducted some cutting-edge science (venn diagram attached), and I don't think this will cost you much custom. These people exist mostly online, and I doubt they'd be able to navigate to your taproom without a carer.
@ElmTreeBees I've actually got a bucket of your honey, and I'm in the process of starting up a meadery, I'll post you down a sample of 2 when it's ready!
@ElmTreeBees It might be that EFB has evolved the same high osmotic resistance. The osmotic pressure in honey is what bursts the cells, it's also why honey can ferment or become infected if you dilute it with water.
I'd call him vengeance, and we would go on a quest to get the bastard that chopped off his ears.
Once I've fed him the culprits' own ears, I'd rename him Dubh.
@nicmharcuis As a muileach with a distilling degree (nowhere near a master distiller though), I feel as though I've been a victim of a hate crime from reading that blurb.
Although I would be fascinated to know how accurate the distilling parts of the book are.
