Day Trading $SPY with only $50?

Today marks the end of the first week.
I’m trading LIVE every day, not with expectations but as an effort of timing, discipline, and accuracy.

I’m not risking much, but I’m acting as though I am. I have before turned a $100 account into over $15K, as late as June-July 2024, documented on my Instagram. But, that was from fullport trades at the open and some luck.

This time I’m being more strategic and focused on process. If it fails, so be it. I would try it again with $500 because I know it can be done and more. I’ve done it before. I am confident. The goal is to document the path from nothing to something.

Today I lost $16, or ~35% of the $50 account. The trade would have worked a few minutes later, but that is trading. I do not advise anyone do this, even if the risk is small, although you will learn alot.

Next week I continue from $33.09. There will be better days. God bless and have a great weekend.

After hitting high of day over 743 on $QQQ, it is now pulling back immediately after I took profit, and I believe there remains a high probability that another opportunity may present itself in the final hour.

Now that I have secured profit from my cooked $8 account, with the PDT removal today I will be testing.

I will be seeking another opportunity to capture a momentum trade during power hour with the now $26 of washed buying power I have after this morning's drawn-out trade.

Finally got my exit, sold for $0.26 or +225%

The dichotomy of being OTM and slow, indecisive price action caused my exit to steadily rise against the choppiness.

Funny enough $SPY is outperforming $QQQ today 5 to 1, mostly caused by $SOXL and a cybersecurity er dump yesterday.

I guess there won't be a decent rally, the contract I have is losing value and being >$6 OTM, it now would require $QQQ 742 for any meaningful exit on my 745C, it would have to be at least $0.20, then I could try another trade in power hour.

I don't think I'll get the chance.
