@KemeshaSwaby I recall saying how wonderful a teacher was, and Joshua asserted "mom that's only when parents are around." He was in grade 3 at a prep school. The auxiliary team is also critical; in my experience, they were the ones who cared for my child the most.

At what point will Jamaica have a proper Emergency Response System? Scene of shooting and a HUMAN BEING not a Brown dog is hauled into the open back of a police vehicle. No attempt to stabilize the casualty. I guess DEAD ON ARRIVAL is the preferred statics.
