How were they able to build an advanced health care system? How were they able to build a formidable military force? How were they able produce top class scientists and build a strong scientific base? How were they able to provide their people with uninterrupted electricity despite sanctions? How were they able to build and run refineries despite sanctions? Which country on Earth can achieve this under wars and sanctions?
Why are those nations not under sanctions unable to achieve their feats?
