Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander, CP Richard Ecega, has called on officers to make physical fitness a priority in order to maintain both their health and readiness to perform policing duties effectively.
Today, a team from Kampala Central Police Station (CPS) engaged in a series of fitness activities designed to promote well-being and physical readiness. CP Ecega emphasized that these exercises will become a regular part of their routine, ensuring officers across the Kampala Metropolitan area remain in peak condition, both physically and mentally, to serve the community with excellence.
This, according to Ecega, will extend throughout the entire KMP region, reinforcing the importance of fitness in the daily lives of those committed to safeguarding the city.
