I still have not received the promised response from the @PublicProtector for my complaint referenced CMS-857242707.

The Public Protector promised me a response by December 12, 2023. Today is December 21, 2023.

Let me put it to the Public Protector in the following terms.

Ordinarily, the interests of justice require that the trial court approve and not rubber-stamp the deferral of prosecution of @ABBSouthAfrica under a written agreement between the @NPA_Prosecutes and ABB South Africa. That this did not happen is gross prosecutorial misconduct.

ABB is a repeat offender. It has at least five deferred plea agreements in multiple jurisdictions. The courts would have had to consider the criminal record of ABB and grant a just and equitable relief. The NPA elected to protect ABB from facing the might of the law by keeping the agreement away from the courts.

The Public Protector promised me feedback on or before December 12, 2023. It is overdue. I am waiting.
