Travel booking done at IRCTC
Train cancelled on the day of departure frm Amritsar
had to travel by Bus,faced discomfort.
Claimed for a refund,got rejected 7 times. Gvn fake reasons as I hv traveled from same train

Horrible experience. An organisation like IRCTC should have behaved more responsibly, least they could do should have informed the status. This was with almost every passenger having WL tickets.

it's been a terrible morning today. Booked Vande Bharat for Varanasi. Departure date 27/11/23. time 6 am. No clue till 5:55 am. Thought once, should not go to station as I didn't have any information, app was not responding, it said chart not prepared.

It was 35 waiting when I slept last night, kept on checking whole night if chart is prepared, nothing happened ... Chart usually gets out 4 hours before departure. In this case it was not till almost the departure. Which to utter shock happened bang on time at 6 am.

Atleast people should have been there given to check their tickets. Another shock when I asked the TC standing outside about the same, he said agar baithe aur confirm nai hua toh 3600/- Dena padega. Sleepless night, couldnt book hotel it's 4 times more expensive now,

No SMS, 139 didn't respond. Still decided to go, information counter also had no clue, told me to wait. Complete system failure.
Just a few points: if I would have opted not to go to stn. Who would take the loss as ticket got confirmed later.
