We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Testnet for a Composable Money Market featuring Isolated Lending Positions where users can dive into cutting-edge DeFi experiences in a gamified way by engaging in lending, borrowing, and other activities.

This composable money market will serve as a foundational layer, supporting a range of applications for yield aggregation, leveraged farming, yield trading, LSTFi/LRTFi, perpetuals, long/shorts, margin trading & more.

Users can interact with various tokens, including native tokens on Aptos and bridged LRTs (@KelpDAO, @puffer_finance, @ether_fi, @renzoai, @swellnetworkio) for lending and borrowing on testnet.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 :

- Lending and Borrowing: Users can deposit assets to enhance liquidity in lending pools and earn interest, or use their assets as collateral to secure loans. Borrowing capacity is determined by a Loan to Value (LTV) ratio.

- Isolated Lending Positions: Each lending and borrowing activity is treated separately, ensuring independent and granular risk management and preventing broad liquidation risks.

- Composable Infrastructure:
Other projects on @Aptos can seamlessly integrate and tap into the money market liquidity for maximizing returns.

- Variable Interest Rates: Interest rates fluctuate based on capital availability and utilization. Low rates promote borrowing when liquidity is ample, while high rates encourage debt repayments when capital is limited.

- Efficiency Mode: This mode enhances capital utilization and borrowing flexibility by leveraging specific asset relationships for more effective borrowing and lending.

🔺𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲:

🔼 Mint Tokens: Acquire APT, USDC, or USDT from a faucet or bridge LRTs from the BSC testnet to Aptos.
🔼 Lend and Borrow: Use the Main Markets section to lend and borrow assets.
🔼 Manage Portfolio: Utilize the Portfolio section to manage your positions, including adding new lending or borrowing assets, and withdrawing or repaying.

🔺𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤:

🔼 Asset Point Allocation:
Each asset has certain points allocated. (e.g - 10 points per APT, 1 point per USDC).
🔼 Lending Points Calculation:
1x points per day based on assets lent. (e.g  -  If 10 APT is lent then 100 points will be allocated per day)
🔼 Borrowing Points Calculation:
7x points per day based on assets borrowed. (e.g��� -  If 10 APT is borrowed then 700 points will be allocated per day)
🔼 Multiplier Thresholds:
Multipliers gets applied after point reaches certain threshold.
