standing in ṣalāh is never convenient for you, miskeen.

normal fajr prayers, you complain of its length. you avoid certain masaajid because of the lengthy standing. now in Ramadan, for tarāweeh, you do the same.

you can stand for hours for a registration. you queue in the bank, you can stand in the sun to watch a display, you stand in class, stand to have a chat with your friends for hours, stand everywhere! but standing in ṣalāh, for an hour or two, to have a conversation with your Lord is strenuous for you.

we are advised to take advantage of five before five. is this how you take advantage of your youth before you age? is this how you take advantage of your health before you can walk no more?

i was in a masjid two days ago and the imam split one page into eight raka'at! eight! and that would be less of a problem but watching the congregation cheer him after was just so.... these are young able bodied men acting like they're on the other side of 80.

and before you come swinging the "it's permissible" or "it's not haram" card, i'm not disputing that but really, is that the standard now? compared to what the salaf achieved with their time in Ramadan, that is the lowest of lows, the deepest of pits.

and it's just getting worse. our worship, our time, our keenness to worship, our consciousness of time. there's less and less barakah in everything. may Allāh rectify us...

Stablecoins Are Being Used, Not Parked

Last week’s stablecoin data made one thing clear. Stablecoins are moving. They are being used like money, not held like speculative assets.

Weekly volume reached 5.50B dollars. That only happens when balances are actively spent.

What the Mix Showed

USDC led activity with 3.10B dollars. sUSDC followed closely. This showed users still prefer familiar dollar stablecoins for real usage.

Sharp growth in USDC.e pointed to liquidity shifting toward more efficient execution environments.

Where Activity Happened

Ethereum remained the main settlement layer. That role stayed unchanged.

Plasma and BNB saw growth because costs were lower and transactions were faster. Arbitrum staying near the top showed the same thing. Usage followed usable rails.

Why This Matters

This was not trader behavior. It was people moving money. Transfers and payments were already happening. The missing piece was making those payments feel normal.

Allah has made it a universally phenomenon that every soul has its appointed time on earth, not a second will reduce nor be added.

فإذا جاء أجلهم لا يستأخرون ساعة ولا يستقدمون

“So when their time has come, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it].”

However, before death comes rattling a man’s cage, there a number of antecedents of death e.g accident, murder and sickness.

A poet said:

و من لم يمت بالسيف مات بغيره $$ تنوعت الأسباب و الموت واحد

“Whoever doesn’t die by sword would definitely die by something else, causes may differ, but death is one.

A lot of time, there’s a period of pain that precedes death, this is always a short while when the body becomes weak, the voice becomes hushed, when the actively dying body can only mutter, and the soul is getting prepared to part ways with the body. Then, it’ll become crystal clear to him that he has come to the end of his stay in this world.

During this period, shytan comes to him and starts whispering all sorts of disbelief to him, knowing that he has not much time left to mislead the dying person. jaabir bn Abdillah narrated:

إِن الشيطَانَ يَحضُرُ أَحدَكم عِندَ كُل شيْء مِن شأنِهِ

Verily, shytan comes to each of you in every situation.
Also in musnad imam Ahmad and sunnan Abi dawood narrated by Abu yusr:

وأعوذ بك أن يتخبطني الشيطان عند الموت

The prophet would always seek refuge with Allah from shytan’s deception during death

The scholars also explained the popular Hadith of Aisha on the 4 things we are to seek refuge away from.

وَمِن فِتنَةِ المَحيَا وَالمَمَاتِ ،

One of which is seeking refuge from the tribulation of life and death.
They explained that one of the tribulations during death is the coming of shytan to have one final shot on misleading you.

Whilst shytan is trying is luck, the angels will be around the dying soul, he’ll see them with his naked eyes but won’t be able to describe what he’s seeing. If he’s a pious soul, they’ll be making teslim to him (Assalam alaikum), he’ll respond either by speech, sign or his heart, that’s of course when the body and the voice are completely feeble. Sometimes, you’ll see a dying individual looking sharply at one direction, sometimes he’ll open his mouth forcibly through unexpectedness. His family members will only see his reactions and not know the cause of it.
Allah says in suratul waaqiah

فلولا إذا بلغت الحلقوم وأنتم حينئذ تنظرون ونحن أقرب إليه منكم ولكن لا تبصرون …

Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat, And you are at that time looking on, And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see, Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, Call back the soul, if ye are true…

Throughout this period of transition from here to the hereafter, he’ll keep seeing those angels, if he is a pious soul, they’ll give him glad tidings each and every time they come around.

إن الذين قالوا ربنا الله ثم استقاموا تتنزل عليهم الملائكة ألا تخافوا…

Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah " and then remained on a right course - the angels will descend upon them, [saying], "Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised.

By this, he’ll so much crave for his own death having known his final abode.
When the prophet made mention of meeting Allah, he said “anyone who loves to meet Allah, Allah will love to meet such person too”. The companions said “do we have any amongst us who doesn’t fear to die?” He responded

ليس كذلك ولكن المؤمن إذا بشر برحمة الله ورضوانه وجنته أحب لقاء الله وأحب الله لقاءه وإن الكافر إذا بشر بعذاب الله وسخطه كره لقاء الله وكره الله لقاءه

“That’s not what I meant, but when a believer is dying, the angles will inform him of the mercy, pleasure of Allah and jannah, it is then he wishes to meet his lord and Allah in return wishes to meet him” narrated by Aisha and ubaadah bn soomit

We pray Allah makes us better Muslims and only take us when he’s completely pleased with us. Ameen

As-siddīqah, the mother of the Messiah (Jesus).
A woman of great virtue. The one whom Allah refers to in the Qurān as 'the one who guarded her chastity'. Alayhas salaam

When Jibrīl alayhis salaam came to her, she sought refuge from Allah against him asking him to fear Allah (because a man who fears Allah will not be in seclusion with a woman he has no right to).

When Jibrīl informed her of bearing Jesus, she asked, how could I ever bear a child while I am a virgin?

Each time I read those verses in the Qurān, I take a moment to ponder on how morally bankrupt we have become.
If a woman got such tidings in this age, no surprise she might not ask 'how' but 'who' because she has a boyfriend. A filth unbefitting of Muslims. May Allah rectify our affairs.

You see some Muslims telling you that virginity is not a virtue but Allah, Rabbul 'izzah praises Maryam for it such that He refers to her as 'the chaste' without having to mention her name. Are they the most knowing or Allah?
And that's a refutation for those who say a virgin wife does not guarantee good character. The character that is sailing them ashore from the ocean of temptation in this age that anyone is free to do anything, must be a good one.
اللهم حبّب إلينا الإيمان وزيّنه في قلوبنا وكرّه إلينا الكفر والفسوق والعصيان واجعلنا من الراشدين
