@airtelmoneyug I already shared all the details with your customer care team several times last week. My money was deducted, the Yaka token was never sent, and no refund has been made. This issue has been ongoing for over a week with no resolution. It’s unacceptable for a company of your size
@airtelmoneyug I reported a problem last week where my money was deducted for a Yaka token but I never received the token. I contacted customer care several times, and they kept promising a refund. Nothing has been done up to now. This level of service is unacceptable.

@UEDCLTD Yesterday i loaded yaka but didn't get the token number and today morning i did the same but unfortunately its the same thing . Kindly help me
@UEDCLTD, we are tired of daily power outages. Our businesses are disorganized, and no communication is given. Since you took over from Umeme, power shortages have increased. Umeme was doing better. We demand better service delivery.
@UEDCLTD we wish to formally raise concern over the persistent and unstable power supply in Nansana, ongoing daily for over five months. This has caused repeated breakdowns of machinery and major disruptions to business operations.
